Community Guidelines

Knotly is designed to help adults connect respectfully and safely. These guidelines explain the behaviour expected from all users.

1. Be respectful

Treat other users with kindness. Do not harass, threaten, bully, shame, or pressure anyone.

2. Be authentic

Use truthful profile information and your own photos. Fake profiles, impersonation, scams, and misleading behaviour are not allowed.

3. No hate, abuse, or discrimination

Knotly does not allow hate speech, abusive behaviour, or discrimination based on personal characteristics.

4. No sexual exploitation or minor-related content

Knotly does not allow sexual exploitation, abuse, trafficking, or any sexual content involving minors. Knotly is for adults aged 18 and over.

5. Keep conversations safe

Do not send unwanted sexual content, threats, spam, scams, or requests for money. Respect boundaries and consent.

6. Meeting in person

Use care when meeting someone. Meet in public, tell someone you trust, and leave if you feel unsafe. Knotly does not conduct background checks on users.

7. Reporting and blocking

Users can report and block accounts in the app. You may also contact Knotly Support at info@bandhans.com.

8. Enforcement

Knotly may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or delete accounts that break these guidelines.
