Knotly Child Safety Standards

Knotly is committed to keeping users safe and preventing child sexual abuse, exploitation, and child sexual abuse material. Knotly is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

1. Zero tolerance

Knotly strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material, grooming, exploitation, trafficking, sexualisation of minors, or any behaviour that may place a child at risk.

2. Adult-only platform

Users must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Knotly account. Accounts suspected to belong to minors may be restricted, suspended, or removed.

3. In-app reporting

Knotly provides reporting and blocking tools so users can report safety concerns, inappropriate behaviour, fake profiles, harassment, scams, and child safety concerns.

4. Handling CSAM and child safety concerns

If Knotly becomes aware of suspected child sexual abuse material or child safety risks, we may remove content, suspend accounts, preserve relevant information, and report matters to appropriate authorities where required.

5. Compliance

Knotly aims to comply with applicable child safety laws and platform requirements, including maintaining a clear child safety contact point.
